Corporate Member FAQ

  1. Flown revenue accumulation: Flown revenue accumulation period will be a calendar year rather than half year. Flown revenue will be re-accumulated on a year-to-year basis.
  2. Reward Mechanism: Corporate “points” are now replaced with corporate “miles,” which are awarded instantly based on the applicable ratio.
  3. Online Services: A new online application feature has been introduced, allowing the direct upload of supporting documents for easier management and progress tracking.
  4. Transferability and Redemption: Accumulation and redemption rules have been simplified. Corporate miles can now be flexibly transferred to individual members or redeemed directly from the corporate account for rewards.

When accumulated flown revenue reaches TWD 300,000 during the validity of membership, members will receive both “Corporate Miles” and “Corporate Flyer Service.”

Online applications only. Directly upload the operation license or registration certificate when filling out the application online.

Existing corporate members will be automatically enrolled in the new program.

  1. Corporate miles may only be transferred to individual members.
  2. The minimum mileage requirement for a single transfer is 2,000 miles, and the maximum mileage requirement is 160,000 miles.

Travel Managers can add a new individual member to the “Traveler List” through the corporate member portal. The system will send a notification letter, and it will take effect after the individual member agrees.

Travel Manager may either assign a CFS to a flight for an individual member or transfer a CFS to a traveler for self-assignment.

Existing accounts will remain in the current account format.

Yes, the corporate miles can be transferred to Dynasty members for redemption.
