The new program eliminates the use of “Award Numbers.” Miles will now be deducted directly at the time of redemption, making the process more immediate and intuitive.
Enjoy more flexibility with no maximum limit on miles transfers and no need to meet specific redemption thresholds. Transfers begin at 10,000 miles and increase in increments of 1,000 miles.
Nominee registrations take effect immediately upon completion, eliminating the need to wait.
Received miles can be combined with your own miles, offering greater flexibility:
- Dynasty Flyer / Gold Card members: up to 9 free nominee slots.
- Emerald / Paragon Card members: up to 12 free nominee slots.
- Once the limit is reached, more nominees can be added for a fee of 6,000 miles per person.
I have an unused upgrade or award ticket award number in my account.
The award will be automatically converted into equivalent Miles and credited to your account. The validity will extend one year from the original award’s expiry date and end on the last day of that month.
Ex: Original validity until 2026/5/1 → Extended to 2027/5/31
I have completed booking for an upgrade or ticketing for an award ticket but have not yet flown.
- If the itinerary remains unchanged, the booking or ticket can be used as usual without being affected.
- In case of a cancellation or ticket change, the system will automatically refund the equivalent Miles. The validity will extend one year from the original award’s expiry date and end on the last day of that month.
I have an upgrade or award ticket award number, but the seat is still on the waitlist.
If you cancel or reissue your ticket, the system will automatically refund the equivalent Miles.

The system will automatically convert it into an upgrade voucher and credit it to your account, with the original validity unchanged.
